ASSEMBLING MECHANICAL PARTS
Once the “box” and all its main parts are ready, we proceed with the preparation of the keyboard and bass mechanisms and their installation: an uncompromising work of absolute precision.

ASSEMBLY OF THE REGISTERS
The addition of registers will allow you to choose different combinations and sound effects. Through these mechanisms, the passage of air – and therefore the sound of the voices – will define the timbre you prefer.
TUNING
The beating heart of an accordion. Here the instrument comes to life and reveals all its charm, comparable to the wailing of a newborn baby. The voices, previously tuned with a magnetic system – patented by FISITALIA – and polished with a ribbon, after being fitted with skins and fixed on the soundboards, are tuned according to the customer’s preferences.

RIFINITURA
La lucidatura separata di tutte le parti esterne .Dopo questa fase, la fisarmonica sarà finalmente assemblata. Il mantice divide le due parti, ma allo stesso tempo le unisce. È, quindi, nata una fisarmonica.
TEST AND FINAL CLEANING
After meticulous general testing, pressure tests, sound tests and mechanical tests, the accordion is finally ready to fulfil the dream of every musician, whether a simple amateur or a professional musician.
